Look for your bank in the drop-down menu. If you do not see your financial institution listed and it is a credit union, try searching using “CU” or “FCU” in place of “credit union” or “federal credit union”, respectively.
Occasionally, a bank or credit union may not yet be supported by Passport. We make constant enhancements and add support for banks on a regular basis. If a bank does not appear when searching, you can reach out to support@formfree.com and provide the full name of the institution and the online banking URL, and we will assist you with how to proceed.
